The job of constructing our first floor residential accommodation in “Keelkattalai” was undertaken by the God fearing and a gifted Engineer Mr. Sanjiv Hubert of “M/s. David Dwellings” during the year 2012. Er. Sanjiv Hubert is a meticulous and astute planner having sound expertise in the field of construction and also highly committed and devoted towards his profession. Our experience with Er.Sanjiv Hubert during the entire course of execution of the project was quite pleasing. It was indeed amazing to witness his method of synchronizing the activities, timely organizing of men and materials for effective and perfect execution of each activity from the commencement till completion of the job. More importantly Er.Sanjiv Hubert is highly conscious in selection of all materials and uses only branded and quality IS/BIS products for construction including sanitary, electrical fittings and fixtures keeping in mind the prime factor of their life and durability. At his disposal, Er.Sanjiv Hubert possesses a dedicated, sincere, skilled and experienced team of labour force and supervisory personnel to carry-out all type of constructional activities efficiently. He executes the job as per the written agreement and completes the project without much cost and time overrun. This talented Engineer is never hesitant to explain every activity at each stage in an understandable manner to the Client. As a matter of fact, we were much relaxed and quite comfortable during the period of construction owing to the above facts and figures.I wish Er.
